Ayoun Haroon

Ayoun Haroon is one of the owners of Ayoun Law. His practice areas include real estate, estate planning, immigration and business law.

Ayoun comes from a family of lawyers — his grandfather was a barrister of Lincoln's Inn in London, England. Before founding Ayoun Law he practised primarily in family and civil litigation, and he has advised well-known franchise brands on leasing, transactions and expansion.

He advises on amalgamations and acquisitions, guiding businesses through restructuring and ownership transitions, and represents clients in property disputes, landlord and tenant conflicts, title issues and breaches of agreements of purchase and sale.

Ayoun believes strongly in access to justice. He has mediated private family matters within the South Asian community and continues to act as a mediator for people in the community who need it most.

Outside the office his passions include rock climbing, soccer and tennis, and he loves reading about political leaders, current affairs and athletes.
