Why a law office for notarization?
Because questions come up. If your document raises a legal issue — a declaration that does not say what you need it to say, a form that should be reviewed before you swear it — you are already sitting in a law firm that can help, in English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi or Polish.

Notary questions
Do I need an appointment?+
No — notary services are walk-in at our Mississauga office, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM. If you have several documents or a deadline, calling ahead at 905-232-2793 guarantees you are seen quickly.
What do I need to bring?+
Valid government photo ID (passport, driver's licence or PR card), the complete unsigned document, and any exhibits it references. Do not sign in advance — the notary must witness your signature.
What is the difference between a notary and a commissioner?+
A commissioner for taking affidavits can commission sworn documents for use in Ontario. A notary public can do that and also notarize documents and certify true copies for use anywhere, including outside Canada. Our office provides both.
Can you notarize documents in other languages?+
Yes — we regularly handle documents destined for use abroad. Our team also speaks Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and Polish, which helps when instructions accompany foreign-language documents.
