How many times do I visit the office?+
Typically once, a few days before closing, to sign. We are minutes off Highway 403 with parking on site; remote arrangements exist where travel is genuinely difficult.
What is your closing fee?+
Quoted flat and in writing after we see the deal — legal fee, then disbursements and taxes itemized separately so quotes can be compared honestly.
