Our standards
The standard we hold ourselves to
We would rather show you our standards than make claims. Here is what working with Ayoun Law actually looks like.
Direct access to your lawyer
The person you meet at the consultation is the person who handles your file. Questions go to your lawyer, not a mailbox. We return calls and emails within one business day.
Fees you understand before you commit
Your first 15 minutes are free. After that, consultation time is $199 per half-hour (CAD), confirmed with you before it starts. For ongoing matters we quote fees up front, and real estate closings and notary services are quoted as flat fees wherever possible.
Advice in your language
Legal problems are stressful enough in your first language. Our team serves clients in English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and Polish.
Ontario and Canadian law, correctly
Everything we publish and advise uses current Ontario and Canadian legal terminology and procedure — the Divorce Act and Children's Law Reform Act for parenting matters, the Family Law Act for domestic contracts, IRCC processes for immigration, and Ontario conveyancing practice for real estate.
Accountability
Our lawyers are licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and our paralegal is licensed for paralegal services. You can verify every licensee in the Law Society's public directory, and our retainer agreements put our obligations to you in writing.
Experience the standard yourself
Your first 15 minutes are a free intake call. Substantive advice is billed at $199 per half-hour (CAD), and we confirm the rate with you before billed time begins. Meet us by Google Meet video call or in person at 25 Watline Avenue, Unit GR21, Mississauga. Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM.
