Founded in 2018 by Ayoun Haroon and Sabeeya Akram, Ayoun & Sabeeya LLP serves the Greater Toronto Area from central Mississauga.
Our history
Ayoun Law began in 2018 when two lawyers — one focused on family and civil litigation, the other on real estate, estates and immigration — decided the Greater Toronto Area needed a firm where clients always talk to a lawyer, never a queue. The firm has grown deliberately since then: a licensed paralegal and notary joined to handle tribunal matters and walk-in notarizations, and most new clients today are referred by former clients.
What sets us apart
- You talk to the person doing the work. Files are not passed down a chain — the lawyer you meet is the lawyer on your matter.
- Five languages. Our lawyers advise in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi, and our assistant Olivia supports Polish-speaking clients — so nothing is lost in translation.
- Transparent fee. Your first 15 minutes are free; after that it is $199 per half-hour, confirmed with you before any billed time starts.
- Evening hours. Open until 7:00 PM on weekdays, with Google Meet video consultations if you cannot come to us.
- Ontario and Canadian law only. Our advice is grounded in the law that actually applies to you.
Where we work
Our office is at 25 Watline Avenue, Unit GR21, Mississauga — just off Hurontario Street, minutes from Highway 403 and Square One. We act for clients across Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Milton, Toronto and the wider GTA, and for immigration matters we assist applicants across Canada and abroad.
Practice areas
- Family Law — Divorce, separation agreements, decision-making responsibility and parenting time, child support and spousal support, marriage contracts.
- Real Estate Law — Residential and commercial closings for buyers, sellers and the agents and brokers who refer them — purchases, sales, refinances, title transfers, power of sale matters and franchise leasing, with funds handled in trust.
- Immigration Law — Permanent residence, family sponsorship, work and study permits, Express Entry, citizenship, Humanitarian and Compassionate applications, and removal order responses before IRCC and the IRB.
- Estate Planning — Wills, powers of attorney for property and personal care, trust declarations, and estate administration including the Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee.
- Civil Litigation — Property disputes, breach of contract, damages claims, estate litigation and Landlord and Tenant Board matters.
- Landlord Tenant Board — Our paralegal handles Landlord and Tenant Board matters for landlords and tenants — full appearances at $200 per hour.
- Traffic Tickets — Our paralegal handles traffic tickets — speeding, red light and other provincial offences — with full appearances at $200 per hour.
- Independent Legal Advice — A lawyer reviews the agreement you have been asked to sign, explains it, and issues an ILA certificate.
- Notary Public — Notarization, commissioning and certified true copies at our Mississauga office — no appointment necessary.
