Fatema Moiyadi is a paralegal and notary at Ayoun & Sabeeya LLP. She completed her
Paralegal Diploma Certification from Sheridan College and appeared for the LSO P1 Exam in
June 2022. During her time at Sheridan,she took part in various co-curricular activities such as
mooting and mock trial competitions. Ms. Moiyadi was the President of the Sheridan Mooting
Society from May 2021 to May 2022. Even after graduating from Sheridan College, Ms. Moiyadi
participates in a limited capacity by encouraging paralegal students at Sheridan to participate in
mooting and mock-trial competitions in order to enhance their advocacy and public speaking
skills.

Ms. Moiyadi s a licensed lawyer from Mumbai, India. She practiced in property law. While
completing her field practicum training, she gained knowledge and expertise in Provincial
Offences and Traffic Offenses. Pursuing her interests in property law and provincial offenses,
Fatema has established her areas of practice in Property Law Assessment, Residential
Tenancies Matters, Provincial and Traffic Offenses along with Civil Law.

Besides her passion for law, Ms. Moiyadi is an avid community volunteer. She was involved with the vaccine clinic with her Community during Covid times. She also contributes towards environmental causes such as native bee conservation.
