## Background

Before founding Ayoun Law he practised primarily in family and civil
litigation. He has advised franchise brands on leasing, transactions and
expansion, and represents clients in property disputes, landlord and tenant
conflicts, title issues and breaches of agreements of purchase and sale. He has
mediated private family matters within the South Asian community.
