## Approach

Settlement-first: most matters resolve by negotiated separation agreement.
Court is used for genuine disputes, urgency and safety. Ontario's parenting
framework (since March 2021) uses decision-making responsibility and parenting
time, decided on the best interests of the child.

## Fees

First 15 minutes of a consultation free, then $199 per half-hour (CAD), confirmed before
billed time. Defined work (separation agreements, uncontested divorces, ILA)
quoted flat in writing.
